What you need to know...
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
£8 per visit for up to 3 cats, then £1 per additional cat.
What do you do on each visit?
We put in fresh food and water, poop scoop the litter tray and change the litter as instructed, and if your cat is feeling playful or cuddly, we'll be over the moon too!
How many visits a day?
We try to fit in with whatever routine your cats are used to, so between 1-3 visits a day, but it's usually 2, one in the morning and one in the evening.
Which areas do you cover?
We currently do visits in Cheadle, Gatley, Heald Green, Sharston, and other local areas in South Manchester
Do you administer meds?
We are happy to administer vet prescribed meds in food, or via (needleless) syringe in the mouth if your cat is used to this.
Do you take in the post?
We take in the post, open and close curtains, and feed indoor plants as requested.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We would recommend booking at the same time as your holiday to make sure we have availability, but of course we will always try to be there for your cat if you're called away unexpectedly.
Do you keep in touch whilst I'm away?
That's is entirely up to you, just let us know, we can do regular updates, or give you peace and quiet, and you can change your mind each time! Whatever you need to relax :)
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured and can send you a copy of the certificate on request.
Do you have a DBS check?
Of course, we know that peace of mind is important, so the DBS is on the update service, and the certificate can be provided on request.
Which animals do you petsit?
We are mainly a cat-sitting service, but will happily pet sit for other small animals too.
How do you keep our details safe?
Any online files are passworded, and any printed or hand written notes are kept in a secure lock-box.
